Jack L. Fischer
Mr. Fischer is a Principal Partner of Third Coast Consulting, LLC™. As an entrepreneur, world traveler and leader in the construction industry for over 30 years, Jack has diverse business and functional expertise, which brings a tenacious commitment to driving sales, profits and market-share growth for his clients. Jack brings a wealth of experience and expertise as an innovative thinker with broad-based experience in operations, finance and new business development. His proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom line serves Third Coast clients well. As former Secretary of Commerce for the State of Wisconsin under the Governor Doyle Administration, Jack has a wealth of contacts and relationships built with political and business leaders across the country and the world. Jack is a high-integrity, energetic leader known for his ability to envision and create successful outcomes in complex situations.
Timothy Stracka
Mr. Stracka is a Principal Partner of Third Coast Consulting, LLC™. Tim brings extensive Wall Street experience and expertise to Third Coast clients in the areas of finance, investment management, equity sales and risk management. During his many years on Wall Street, Tim served as a senior investment partner, a principal manager of equity sales and as the executive director of institutional equity sales with firms like Susquehanna International Group, Morgan Stanley and Robert W. Baird. He earned his BBA in Finance and Risk Management at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Tim also played in the National Football League (NFL) for three seasons after a successful collegiate career with the Wisconsin Badgers.
Patrick Buckley
Mr. Buckley, a Third Coast Senior Advisory Board Member, is a retired senior executive and former owner of Converting, Inc. Patrick brings over 27 years of broad and progressive management experience in both directly running as well as consulting and dealing with a wide array of companies, from businesses under $5 million to companies in excess of $4 billion in revenues. He provides comprehensive, functional consulting expertise in business and strategic planning, finance and accounting, operations, HR management, IS project management and organizational design. Patrick has in-depth industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, insurance, health care, and M&A evaluation and structure.
William Madsen
Mr. Madsen, a Third Coast Advisory Board Member, is the senior partner at Madsen, Prestley & Parenteau LLC. William was most recently named a Super Lawyer for the State of Connecticut, where his law firm is the largest and fastest growing Connecticut-based law firm solely devoted to representing individuals in employment matters. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as well as the state and federal courts of Connecticut and Maine. William has also written and lectured extensively regarding employment law-related issues, ranging from non-competition agreements to disability discrimination to wrongful discharge. He received his undergraduate BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his MA from Yale Divinity School and earned his JD from the Vermont Law School.

Third Coast PTAC LLC has invested and provides strategic services in the new patented product called PTAC Cleaning Cradle LLC of South Dakota. This new product is an exciting compliment to the cleaning of PTAC units found in over 200,000 hotels, motels and nursing and assisted living facilities across the United States. The testing of the product has been completed in over 350 trial locations and expects to be rolled out with its exclusive partners in 2017.

Third coast OZONE AG LLC is pleased to announce that its OZONE footbath for farming and agricultural markets has installed a new trial Footbath with partners at the Staze Farms located outside of Madison Wisconsin. This world class mega farm has installed and is testing the effectiveness of this important new program to replace chemicals in our farming environments nationwide. We are excited to evaluate the results by June 2017.
